Effects on Pretrial

On December 3, 2019, State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby stated that she holds a list of 305 officers who she deems as unreliable to be questioned on the stand in trial.

Public Safety

Many of the officers that are named in the State’s Attorney's Office’s no call list are still employed by the Baltimore Police Department.
